Entopia: Celebrate Nature with 20% Off Your Second Ticket

This voucher grants a 20% discount on purchasing a 2nd entrance ticket and is not a valid entrance ticket on its own.

Present your e-Voucher from VoucherCARE at the ticketing counter and redeem a discount of 20% off the second entrance ticket by purchasing one (1) full-price Adult entrance ticket to Entopia. T&C apply.

Terms & Conditions:

1. This promotion is available to all VoucherCARE (f.k.a Penang360 Member) members/users from 24 February 2023 until 31 December 2023 (‘Promotion Period’), except for special events or special time slots or programmes which require a separate admission charge as announced by Entopia managed by Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd from time to time.
2. This promotion is valid with a WALK-IN purchase of one (1) full-price Standard or MyKad Special Adult entrance ticket (13 – 59 years old) at Entopia ticketing counter within a single transaction per day.
3. The 20% discount on the second entrance ticket must be of equivalent value or lower than the full-price Adult entrance ticket.
4. This promotion is NOT valid for any full-price Adult entrance ticket purchased separately under different transactions. A combination of receipts is NOT allowed and will NOT be accepted.
5. Only cashless payment will be accepted for tickets purchased under this promotion at the Entopia ticketing counter within the Promotion Period.
6. A valid e-Voucher from VoucherCARE must be presented along with MyKad for verification purposes upon purchase of tickets at the Entopia ticketing counter within the Promotion Period.
7. This promotion is NOT available for tickets purchased ONLINE.
8. Ticket holders are to scan the QR code(s) printed on their ticket(s) at the Entopia admission turnstile to enter.
9. Ticket holders must present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
10. Proof of age will be required when redeeming entries for children and senior citizens.
11. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present their valid MyKad or other relevant documents or attempt to enter the park using the wrong tickets. Visitors will be requested to purchase the correct tickets should they wish to enter the park, and no refund will be allowed.
12. Ticket(s) is/are intended for single redemption for admission to the park.
13. Ticket(s) purchased with this promotion are only valid for admission on the ticket purchase date.
14. Tickets are rain or shine. No refund will be given due to inclement weather.
15. All transactions are final. Ticket(s) are NOT for resale, NOT exchangeable for cash and NON-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or any other items.
16. This promotion cannot be used with other ongoing promotions, discounts (family packages), school concessions, group purchases, events or functions.
17. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd may change its operating hours without prior notice and refund or compensation due to inclement weather, special events, safety or security concerns.
18. Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
19. In the event of disputes regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Butterfly House (Pg) Sdn Bhd shall be final.
